DAY 1 : MARRAKECH – OUARZAZATE – DADES GORGES - MERZOUGA DESERT
Morocco Berber Travel organizes 2 Day Tour from Marrakech To Merzouga with experienced drivers and local Sahara guides. We will start from your hotel and we drive via the Tizi N’tichka Pass in High Atlas Mountains towards Ait Benhaddou. We visit the most beautiful kasbah in Morocco. Then we continue to Ouarzazate, called “the Hollywood of Africa”, , we travel to Skoura, , we drive via Rose Valley where the Rose Festival is held every May. We travel then via Dades Gorges to Todra where you stop near canyons, which as high as 300m. It is an ideal place for walking and hiking. Then, we will drive to Merzouga, from where we ride the camels to desert camp. We watch wonderful sunset and after having dinner we listen Berber music around a campfire. Overnight in desert camp.
DAY 2 : MERZOUGA - AGDZ - MARRAKECH
Today we ride camels back to Merzouga village. Then, after breakfast we will head in 4×4 to Rissani passing palm grove of the Tafilalet and the valley of the Ziz. We visit some Berber villages and towns before arriving in Ouarzazate. There we can visit the local film studio and then go back to Marrakech.End of the 2 Day Tour from Marrakech To Merzouga.
